2005 Cinco de Mayo Festival

Students decorated their academies for the festival.

J. R. Harris Elementary School's Mariachi Band entertained our students in the cafeteria.

Ms. Lively's student orchestra displayed the talents they have been working on all year.

La Unica Bakery sold tempting treats.

Ms. McDonald and Ms. Ouimet sold World's Finest Chocolates for Life Skills.

Ms. Ray and students sold candy for the FFA.

Ms. Park and students sold candy for Academy D.

Mr. Benavides offered Foosball and Mr. Miller worked the Loteria for Academy A.

Candied apples were sold by parents.

Drumline sold nachos and drinks.

These students enjoyed the refreshments.

The Karate Demo Team sold hot dogs, chips and soda.

There was a Coke Ring Toss by Ms. Cobbs and students in Academy D.

The orchestra put on a lively rendition of Turkey in the Straw.
