Supplies and Uniform Changes for 2008

Ortiz will provide each student with new school supplies at the beginning of the year. If the supplies are lost or need to be replaced, it will be the parents' or student's responsibility. Additional supplies may be necessary for specific classes.

Ortiz is requiring that every student wear a polo style shirt in the grade level colors with the Ortiz logo embroidered on it. These shirts are available for purchase now at the school.
