Application Process for Project Chrysalis

Complete and submit the application form and packet, including:
  • A copy of your permanent record
  • A copy of your latest report card
  • A copy of all TASK scores
  • A copy of all Stanford 9 scores
  • A sample of student work (an essay, project, or report from current year)

    Students new to HISD must also submit:
     
  • Proof of address
  • Immunization Record

Finally, both parent and student must make an appointment for an interview at the school. You may call the school to arrange this interview at (713) 924-1700

Project Chrysalis is a school-wide Title 1 school that is part of the Houston Independent School District (HISD), which promotes success and excellent achievement in its students. It is located in the East side of Houston.
