Guest Speaker: Carlos Bustos, Mothers for Clean Air Community Organizer

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency awarded MfCA $100,000 for an environmental justice project to clean the air in their community.

Goals for the project:

	Develop a community report identifying needs
	Develop a partnership with government, industries, and academia
	Develop an air monitoring project
	Develop a citizen's air quality tool kit and distribute in the community

They are seeking partners who will:

	attend monthly meetings
	provide knowledge and ideas
	use their energy to work toward a healthier environment
