This year, the following Stevenson teachers and staff members traveled to Maryland for Comer Training: Ms. J. Crump, Ms. G. Rocha-Ledesma, Ms. E. Ferrell, Ms. T. Milstead, Mr. J. Gisondi, and Mr. A. Herrador.

They flew to Baltimore, Maryland (Prince George's County) and  took a shuttle to Bowie, Maryland.  After one night, they then took a shuttle to Upper Marlboro, Maryland, where their training began on the bus ride to St. Michaels, Maryland, (Queen Anne's County).  There they were trained for two days.  The group then traveled back to Bowie on Tuesday evening and went on a school site visit on Wednesday morning to Buck Lodge Middle School (Comer School for 10 years) before catching a flight home.
