Stevenson 8th Grade Students Earn Limousine Trip
Students from Ms. Wells' cluster earned the privilege of a ride in a limo for a driving tour of University of Houston, Texas Southern University, St. Thomas University and Rice University--then on to the Museum of Natural Science IMAX to view "Kilimanjaro" and returned to campus for a pizza party celebration.
To be eligible for the field trip, each student had to pass each content area class with a 70 or better every six weeks and have no assignments to ATS or suspensions and no library fines. 22 8th graders qualified for the annual trip.
The following pictures were taken as the students left W.I. Stevenson Middle School to board the two limousines. They were escorted by Ms. Elizabeth Wells, 8th grade Science teacher and Mr. Kevin O'Neil, 8th grade English teacher, and Mrs. W. Prince.

We are very proud of these students. Hopefully, next year, there will be many more taking the limo ride.
