W.I. Stevenson Middle School focused on training in the Comer School Development Program, learning the basics through the insightful expertise of Sheila Jackson, who helped teachers and staff for three very full days.
The 3 Guiding Principles of the program No-Fault, Consensus and Collaboration were shared with small and large groups of parents, students, faculty and staff with many varied activities . Ms. Jackson, from the Regional Training Center in Prince George's County, Maryland, is the Implementation Coordinator for Stevenson and will continue to visit the school and help develop on site training.
