Stevenson Eighth Graders Take a Field Trip to the University of Houston
"A" House 8th graders visited the Conrad Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management on the University of Houston campus. The students were escorted on a tour of the college library, labs, lecture halls and treated to a culinary demonstration by the chefs of Eric's Restaurant. The students were given a presentation on the Hospitality industry. They were escorted on a walking tour of the UofH campus and enjoyed a guided tour of the Blaffer art gallery.
The students ate a sack lunch in the park on campus, drove past Robertson Stadium, Hofeinz Pavillion and the Field House before returning to Stevenson.
