Registration

Please bring the following items with you to register a student new to Revere:

Proof of Birth (birth certificate, hospital record or school record).

  1. Proof of residence (deed, lease, rent receipt or utility bill).
  2. Immunizations if coming from another district.

    for students born after Sept. 1, '88.

  3. A current copy of the report card with promotion status.
  4. A copy of test scores is helpful is available.

Some important dates and information

1. We will have a New Student Orientation on August 14, 2003 at 2 p.m.
2. The first day of school is Monday, August 18. New school hours will be 8:25 AM to 3:40 PM. Entry bell at 8:15 AM.
3. We will be having early dismissal at 12:30 PM on the last day of each grading cycle. The dates are September 26, October 31, December 18, February 20, April 8, and May 27.
4. Student advisory assignments will be posted on the cafeteria windows by the first day of school.
5. Early registration for new students is August 4 through 8. The office will be open for registation from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
6. Summer office hours are 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM We will be closed on June 30- July 4 and July 21- 25. Should you have any questions, feel free to contact the school at 713- 917- 3500.

 

 

Registration requirements for HISD

July 16, 2001 – HISD is urging parents to bring all the necessary requirements to register children at an HISD school.

In order to register, parents must bring the student’s immunization records signed by a doctor, proof of residency such as an electric or phone bill, and proof of the child’s age. Parents will not be allowed to register children if they are missing any of the three requirements.

Children registering must have received their Diptheria/Tetanus/Pertussis (DTP, DtaP), Polio, Measles, Rubella, Mumps, Haemphilus, Hepititis B, and Varicella (Chicken Pox.)
