Mission Statement
F.S. Key Middle School is dedicated to providing a quality education for all students, so that they will become successful and productive citizens in a ever-changing technological world.

F.S. Key Middle School’s Magnet Program has an academic focus on forgien languages, science, and mathematics.  The program provides an enriched curriculum for students with a keen interest in forgien languages, math and science.  Various instructional strategies are implemented to ensure that the program meets the needs of all students and their different learning styles.  Such strategies include research activities, independent study, cooperative grouping, etc., that heighten hands-on activities and real-world experiences.  These strategies are specifically designed to set high expectations for all students and to create a safe, caring school environment where learning can flourish.  To support a challenging curriculum, our classes are stimulated by activities that foster positive leadership development.  In addition, an advanced curriculum (Pre-AP courses) is offered in all core subjects.  It is the desire of the faculty that students accept the foregoing challenges and be successful in his/her endeavors.
