Registration Procedures
To initiate the Registration Process, the following items are needed:
1. Parent or legal guardian.
2. Proof of residence: a utility bill (lights, water, or gas) or a signed lease agreement.
3. Health and Immunization Records.
4. Birth Certificate/Proof of Age.
5. Withdrawal sheet and report card from last school attended.
6. Social Security card.
Please follow the chart below to register your child in our school:
| 1. Proceed to the main office to sign in. A valid driver's license or other legal identification is required. |
| 2. Proceed to the nurse's office for a review of the student's health records. |
| 3. Proceed to the Registrar's Office to pick up a registration packet and complete necessary forms. |
| 4. Proceed to the assistant principals' offices to complete transportation forms. |
| 5. Proceed to the counselors' offices to verify the student's academic status. |
