| Librarian: |
The
library is staffed by a certified librarian, Cynthia Rosenbaum.
She has a
Learning Resources Certification and a Masters Degree in
School & Library
Information Science. |

|
| Permits: |
Students
must have a permit to visit the library before and during school
hours.
A permit is not needed for after school.
Students should sign in at the main desk and show their
permit.
Teacher's permission is needed in order to check out
computers in the lab. |
|

|
|
|
|
| Circulation: |
Students
may have two (2) items checked out at a time. Books are checked
out
for fourteen (14) days and can be renewed once. Magazines are checked out
overnight. Current month magazines may not be checked out.
If an item is lost
or damaged, the student is responsible for the replacement
cost of the item plus
a $2.00 service charge. |

|
|
| Fines: |
Late
fines are 5 ¢ per day per book. Once late fees reach $4.05,
a
student is not allowed to check out items until the fees
are paid. |

| Catalog: |
Four
computers are available for searching the card catalog. Students
may also
search the catalog on line from their classroom or at
home. Library catalog web

resources such as disk space or printing capacity. |

Do not trespass in

Do notify grade
level dean and teacher if you encounter materials that violate
the
rules of appropriate use. |

school-supplied disks. |
