 Fair Use:  Exception for teaching, scholarship, or research. Use these
 guidelines to see if fair use applies.    		 
   1. What is the purpose of the use? Is it educational, personal, commercial?  
   2. What is the nature of the work? Is it fact or fiction, published or not published?  
   3. How much of the work is being used? A small amount or a large amount?  
   4. What effect does the use have on the value of the original work? Does it compete
     with the original; avoids royalty payments; there is no effect; the use meets
     fair use?		  
   If in doubt, get permission from the copyright owner.
