Describe Current Status of the School Related to the Indicator

An Action Team will look at the possibilities of looping (homerooms, classes, and principals.) The Action Team will come up with a recommendation to present to the Design Team by the end of May 2000. Departments and Teams are meeting and planning.
Teachers still work independently.
Teachers are teamed in cross-academic clusters.
No real team decision making power.

What key changes will occur as a result of meeting this indicator? (How will you know that meeting this indicator has made a difference?)

We will have a better understanding of looping to address the personal and educational needs of our students.

Who has primary responsibility for overseeing the implementation of the indicator? J. Foster and C. Carrier

What is the timeline for implementation? (When will data be collected? When is implementation progress to be reviewed? What are expectations after 2 months, 4 months, etc.) Set up a calendar for reviewing and reporting findings.
