Our
reporting systems are still based on report cards and letter grades. The district rates the success of students and schools based upon standardization tests. There is little room for flexible assessment. Our reporting system has little useful information about student achievement. |

| Teachers
will not solely rely on one method of assessment. There will be a greater participation because teachers will be comfortable with the rubric evaluation process. Students will know ahead of time what is expected. Students will have more ownership in the evaluation process thus generating a greater feeling of success for students. |
