Choice Time Choice Time allows apprentices to build a community within a small, diverse group of students, led by a Citizen Schools-trained Team Leader. Team Leaders use teambuilding games and group reflection to help apprentices develop self-knowledge and playfulness, which in turn improves the quality of teamwork. Teams serve as a key source of students' identity and pride within the program.
