  11. Click on CYC-Conduct column and enter a conduct grade for each of your students. (E-excellent; S-Satisfactory; P-Poor; U-Unsatisfactory) Note: You can not give a P or a U without documentation in office.

  12. DO NOT ENTER ATTENDANCE INFORMATION ON THIS SCREEN.

Notify the office if your rosters are incorrect!

**Repeat the above steps for all your class periods.**

Exporting Grades

  1. You only have to do ONE export. It will export your entire gradebook including all of your classes.
  2. Go to each class and verify that the appropriate Cycle RC Endterm is showing in the spreadsheet box.
  3. From File Menu, select SAVE.
  4. From File Menu, Select Export from Gradebook.
  5. Verify that the appropriate Cycle RC Endterm is selected, Click on Next.
  6. If you get a warning message, STOP, READ the message (take notes if necessary!). To correct the error messages, go to that class period and fix the problem. If you can’t figure it out, get help! DO NOT continue the Export.
  7. EXCEPTION: Warning about invalid teacher number, click Continue with Export anyway.
  8. If there is no other warning message, click on Export.
  9. Make sure your teacher number folder in the s:\IGP_Data folder is selected. If you have been working with offline files on your laptop, double-check that you uploaded to the server. If you are not sure about your Official Teacher number, ask Brenda Dwyer or Ms. Meza but DO NOT change the number folder. Then click on OK. If you do not see a list of NUMBERED folders, you are not exporting to the server -- get help! Cancel the export!
  10. View the error log to see if there are errors that you should correct. Examples of messages you should correct:
    • Reading 7 Period 1 Section 432 is missing required data for columns CYC-GRADE and CYC-CONDUCT.
  11. You need to print a copy of the end-term spreadsheet of each class to turn in to Ms. Meza.
  12. You need to print a copy of the cycle spreadsheet and keep in a file. They will be turned in at the end of the year.

Congratulations! You are FINISHED. It would also be a good idea to save a copy to a floppy disk.
