Greetings!
Welcome to another exciting year here at Vikingland!  We had a great 2007-2008 school year.  Our students excelled in every area, and we are looking forward to having an even better 2008-2009.  At Fleming, we pride ourselves on the ability for our students to earn five high school credits before leaving middle school.  This is important because as we expect our students to be "College and Career Bound" , it is most important for them to be "College and Career Ready."  This readiness only occurs when we provide a challenging environment for them and hold high expectations for all.  This has become our mission.....Whatever it takes because failure is not an option. 
I encourage each of you to become involved in the PTO.  The meetings are held on the first Monday of each month.  We want to hear from you so that we can continue to make Fleming better.  I am honored to serve as principal here.  We are committed to ensuring that your experience here at Fleming is stellar.  Our school is organized by grade level Deans that are here to assist with all of your concerns.  The grade level contacts are:
