It is an honor to be
apart of such a great learning institution such as Burbank Middle School
where students apply themselves on a daily basis and the faculty are
among the best educators and administrators in the district or greater.
I have witnessed a highly positive learning environment here at Burbank
and, would like to congratulate the students and faculty for reaching
the status of a Recognized campus this year. In 2002 I graduated from
Texas Southern University where I majored in History and minored in
Geography. Currently I am pursuing a Masters degree within the field of
Education and the Humanities. I earned my certification from Region IV
education services and have over 5 years of classroom experience. I
believe education is the key to all success and once obtained, the door
of opportunity will present itself. My approach to education is to
constantly encourage students to do their very best. I encourage them
to develop a positive attitude toward learning in general and to try
harder if not successful at first. I was born and reared in Houston
Texas, but all of my family is originally from a small country town. I
enjoy living in the city of Houston very much and love spending time
visiting with family in the country. On occasion I like to travel, go
fishing, and volunteer in my spare time.
Go Eagles !!!
Tutorials will be held
on Fridays after school.
