Nestled in the Oak Forest community of Northwest Houston, F. M. Black Middle School continues to educate students since its doors first opened in 1957. Many well known citizens have walked the halls as students. Black currently serves approximately 580 6th-8th graders.

At F. M. Black, the faculty and staff are dedicated to enriching the lives of the students in a teaching and learning environment.
